Tele-rehab for Concussion & Dizziness

During the COVID-19 crisis: Concussion and Vestibular assessment are done in-clinic at Trilogy Physiotherapy. Safety for our patients and clinicians is our number one concern. So rigorous precautions have been put in place. Thereafter, high quality treatments can be provided as In-clinic and / or as Tele-rehab (AKA Virtual Care) appointments.

Appointments are offered Monday through Thursday.

If you would like to book an in-clinic assessment, please contact our friendly receptionist by calling or clicking:

Tele-rehab for Concussion & Post Concussion Syndrome

Other than convenience, Tele-rehab treatment sessions for Concussion or Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) are the same as those given by Paul and colleagues in-clinic. For more information about our Concussion or Post-Concussion physiotherapy, please press:

Tele-rehab for dizziness

Examples of conditions well treated with Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) Tele-rehab include: Vestibular Neuritis, Labyrinthitis, Meniere’s (with documented vestibular loss) and stable or post-operative Acoustic Neuroma. Due to the need for more hands-on services some dizziness conditions are not suitable for VRT Tele-rehab. For example, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and fall prevention therapies for the elderly are not suitable for remote treatment.

The vast majority of follow up treatment sessions can be handled easily and comfortably this way.  Other than convenience, VRT Tele-rehab treatment is very similar to the high-quality appointments Paul and colleagues deliver in-clinic.
